Lisa Gade reviews the Lenovo ThinkPad Twist Windows 8 convertible tablet / Ultrabook. It has a 12.5″ IPS display running at 1366 x 768 with 10 points of multi-touch. It’s a fully Windows machine that can handle anything an Ultrabook can, and it’s available with 3rd gen Intel Core i3/i5/i7 CPUs and 4 or 8 gigs of RAM. You can get with with a 500 gig HDD + 24 gig flash drive to speed up boot and app launch times, or a 128 gig SSD. It has Intel HD 4000 graphics and an excellent keyboard plus trackpad with Trackpoint pointer. It starts at $750 and the $900 model gets you the 1.7GHz Intel Core i5, 4 gigs of RAM and a 500 gig HDD with 24 gig caching drive.
